Terms of Use — FoodLog

1. 약관의 적용

이 약관은 Gomsoon Labs LLC(이하 “회사”)가 제공하는 FoodLog 앱과 관련 서비스(이하 “서비스”)의 이용 조건입니다. 서비스를 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

개인정보 처리는 개인정보처리방침에 따릅니다. AI 기능에 필요한 정보 전송은 이 약관과 별도로 앱에서 동의를 받습니다. 이 약관에 동의했다고 해서 AI 전송에 동의한 것이 되지 않습니다.

App Store에서 받은 앱에 별도의 맞춤 사용권 계약이 제공되지 않는 경우 Apple 표준 EULA가 적용됩니다. 이 약관은 FoodLog 서비스 이용 조건을 설명합니다.

2. 이용 자격

FoodLog는 만 14세 이상부터 이용할 수 있습니다. 신체 정보에 기반한 하루 목표 칼로리 자동 추천은 만 18세 이상에게만 제공합니다. 이 기능의 연령 제한은 식사·사진·체중 기록이나 음식의 칼로리 추정에는 적용되지 않습니다. 계정은 본인만 사용해야 합니다.

3. 계정

Google 또는 Apple 계정으로 로그인합니다. 로그인 계정의 관리 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다. 다른 사람의 계정을 쓰거나 자신의 계정을 다른 사람에게 넘기면 안 됩니다.

4. 서비스 내용

사진이나 설명으로 식사를 기록하고 고칠 수 있습니다.
체중과 하루 목표 칼로리를 기록하고 기간별 변화를 볼 수 있습니다.
선택한 경우 AI로 칼로리를 추정하거나 기록용 삽화를 만들 수 있습니다.
기록을 내보내거나 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.

5. 건강 관련 안내

FoodLog는 기록을 돕는 도구입니다. 의료 기기가 아니며 진단, 치료, 의학적 조언을 제공하지 않습니다. 칼로리와 목표 칼로리는 대략적인 추정값이고 실제와 다를 수 있습니다. 질환, 임신, 섭식 문제가 있거나 식단을 크게 바꾸려면 의료 전문가와 상의해 주세요.

6. AI 기능

AI 기능은 선택 사항이며, 앱에서 따로 동의한 경우에만 사용합니다. 동의는 언제든 철회할 수 있습니다.
AI 결과는 틀릴 수 있습니다. 결과를 확인하고 필요하면 직접 고쳐 주세요.
삽화는 AI가 만든 기록용 그림이며 실제 음식 사진이 아닙니다.
회사는 안전 검토를 거쳐 일부 요청이나 결과를 거부할 수 있습니다.
부적절한 AI 이미지는 앱의 이미지 신고로 알려 주세요. 신고 내용은 AI 콘텐츠 문제를 확인하는 데 사용합니다.
비용, 안전, 장애 때문에 AI 기능을 일시적으로 멈출 수 있습니다. 이때도 직접 기록하는 기능은 계속 쓸 수 있습니다.

7. 무료 이용, 체험, FoodLog Pro

무료: 직접 기록, 기존 기록 보기, 기본 추이, 내보내기, 계정 삭제는 무료입니다. 구독이 끝나도 기존 기록은 지우지 않습니다.
체험: 계정을 처음 만든 때부터 7일 동안 AI 분석 10회와 삽화 생성 3회를 쓸 수 있습니다. 결제 수단 등록이나 자동 유료 전환은 없습니다. 재가입 등으로 체험을 반복 이용하는 것을 제한할 수 있습니다.
FoodLog Pro: App Store 또는 Google Play에서 결제하는 월 단위 자동 갱신 구독입니다. 가격은 구매 화면과 스토어에 표시됩니다. AI 분석·삽화 생성의 제공 횟수는 구매 전에 앱에서 안내합니다. 남은 횟수는 다음 결제 기간으로 넘어가지 않습니다.
차감: 결과가 만들어지고 저장된 요청만 1회 차감합니다. 결과 없이 실패한 요청, 안전 검토로 막힌 요청은 차감하지 않습니다. 결과를 받은 뒤 다시 만들면 새로 차감합니다.
갱신과 해지: 해지하지 않으면 스토어가 매 기간 자동으로 청구합니다. 해지는 스토어 구독 설정에서 하며, 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지 이용할 수 있습니다. 앱을 지우거나 계정을 삭제해도 구독은 해지되지 않습니다.
환불: 구매한 스토어를 통해 환불을 요청할 수 있습니다. 적용되는 소비자 보호법에 따른 권리는 제한되지 않습니다. 스토어가 구독 권한을 철회하면 Pro 혜택이 중단될 수 있지만 기존 기록은 유지됩니다.
제공하지 못한 혜택: 회사 사정으로 결제한 AI 혜택을 제공하지 못하면 앱이나 지원 페이지로 알리고 스토어 환불 요청 방법을 안내합니다.

8. 사용자 콘텐츠

사용자가 남긴 기록, 사진, 요청으로 만든 삽화에 대해 회사는 소유권을 주장하지 않습니다. 사용자는 회사가 서비스를 제공하는 데 필요한 범위(저장, 표시, 사용자가 요청한 AI 처리)에서 이 콘텐츠를 처리하도록 허락합니다. 사용자는 올리는 사진에 대해 필요한 권리를 가져야 합니다.

9. 금지 행위

법을 어기거나 다른 사람의 권리를 침해하는 콘텐츠를 올리거나 만들게 하는 행위
성적 콘텐츠, 아동을 해치는 콘텐츠, 폭력·혐오·괴롭힘을 부추기는 콘텐츠를 만들려는 시도
서비스, 서버, 사용량 제한, 결제 확인을 우회하거나 방해하는 행위
체험을 다시 받으려고 계정을 반복해서 만드는 행위
자동화된 방법으로 서비스에 대량 요청을 보내는 행위

회사는 위반이 확인되면 AI 기능을 제한하거나 계정 이용을 중지할 수 있으며, 가능한 경우 이유를 알립니다.

10. 서비스 변경과 중단

서비스는 개선되거나 일부 기능이 변경될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경이나 서비스 종료 계획은 지원 페이지에 안내하고, 적용 법령에 따라 추가 고지나 동의가 필요한 경우 해당 절차를 따릅니다. 계획된 서비스 종료 시에는 기록을 내보낼 기회를 제공합니다. 긴급한 보안 문제나 장애로 사전 안내가 어려울 수 있습니다.

11. 이용 종료

사용자는 언제든 앱에서 계정을 삭제해 이용을 끝낼 수 있습니다. 방법과 남는 정보는 계정 삭제 안내에 있습니다.

12. 책임의 범위

서비스와 AI 결과에 오류나 중단이 발생할 수 있습니다. 이 약관은 적용 법령에 따라 제한할 수 없는 회사의 책임이나 사용자의 소비자 권리를 배제하지 않습니다.

13. 분쟁 문의

서비스 관련 문제는 먼저 지원 이메일로 알려 주세요. 이 약관은 거주 지역의 강행적 소비자 보호 규정이나 법적으로 이용할 수 있는 분쟁 해결 절차를 제한하지 않습니다.

14. 약관 변경

약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 변경 내용과 시행일을 게시합니다. 추가 안내나 동의가 필요한 변경은 적용 법령에 따라 처리합니다.

1. These terms

These terms govern your use of the FoodLog app and related services (the “Service”) provided by Gomsoon Labs LLC (“we”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy. Sending data for AI features needs separate consent in the app. Agreeing to these terms does not mean you agree to AI transfers.

For apps downloaded from the App Store, the Apple standard EULA applies where no custom license agreement is provided. These terms describe the conditions for using FoodLog services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 to use FoodLog. Automatic daily calorie target recommendations based on body measurements are available only to users aged 18 or older. This feature-specific age limit does not apply to meal, photo, or weight logging, or to estimating the calories in food. Only you may use your account.

3. Accounts

You sign in with a Google or Apple account and are responsible for that sign-in account. Don’t use someone else’s account or give yours to another person.

4. What the Service does

Log and edit meals with a photo or a description.
Record weight and a daily calorie target, and see changes over time.
If you choose, estimate calories or create illustrations for your log with AI.
Export your records or delete your account.

5. Health notice

FoodLog is a logging tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. Calories and calorie targets are rough estimates and may differ from reality. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, have an eating disorder, or plan a major change in diet, talk to a health professional.

6. AI features

AI features are optional and used only with your separate consent in the app. You can withdraw it at any time.
AI results can be wrong. Check them and edit them when needed.
Illustrations are AI-made pictures for your log, not real food photos.
After safety checks, we may refuse some requests or results.
Report inappropriate AI images with Report image in the app. Reports are used to investigate problems with AI content.
We may pause AI features because of cost, safety, or outages. You can keep logging by hand.

7. Free use, trial, and FoodLog Pro

Free: Manual logging, viewing your records, basic trends, export, and account deletion are free. Your records are not deleted when a subscription ends.
Trial: For 7 days from when you first create your account, you get 10 AI estimates and 3 illustrations. No payment method is needed and it doesn’t turn into a paid plan. We may restrict repeated trials, including trials requested through new accounts.
FoodLog Pro: A monthly auto-renewing subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play. The price is shown on the purchase screen and in the store. The app shows the included AI estimate and illustration allowances before purchase. Unused allowances do not carry over to the next billing period.
Counting: Only a request whose result was created and saved counts once. Requests that fail without a result or are blocked by a safety check don’t count. Making a result again after you received one counts again.
Renewal and cancellation: Unless you cancel, the store charges you every period. Cancel in the store’s subscription settings; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Removing the app or deleting your account does not cancel the subscription.
Refunds: You can request a refund through the store where you purchased. Your rights under applicable consumer protection law are not limited. Pro benefits may stop when the store revokes the subscription entitlement; your records remain.
Benefits we can’t provide: If we can’t provide paid AI benefits for reasons on our side, we will tell you in the app or on the support page and explain how to request a store refund.

8. Your content

We don’t claim ownership of the records, photos, or requested illustrations in your account. You allow us to process this content only as needed to provide the Service (storing it, showing it, and the AI processing you request). You must have the rights needed for photos you upload.

9. Prohibited conduct

Uploading or prompting content that breaks the law or infringes others’ rights
Trying to create sexual content, content that harms children, or content that encourages violence, hate, or harassment
Bypassing or interfering with the Service, our servers, usage limits, or purchase checks
Creating accounts repeatedly to get the trial again
Sending large volumes of automated requests

If we confirm a violation, we may limit AI features or suspend the account, and we will tell you why when we can.

10. Changes to the Service

We may improve or change features. We will post important changes or plans to end the Service on the support page and provide any additional notice or consent process required by applicable law. For a planned shutdown, we will provide an opportunity to export records. Security incidents or outages may make advance notice impractical.

11. Ending use

You can stop at any time by deleting your account in the app. See Delete your account for the steps and what remains.

12. Liability

The Service and AI results may contain errors or experience interruptions. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Disputes

Please contact support about service issues. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence or dispute resolution procedures available under applicable law.

14. Changes to these terms

When these terms change, we post the changes and effective date on this page. Changes requiring additional notice or consent are handled under applicable law.
